pleased to greet you.

Started in 2011, Gameel Designs began as a hobby for Kymberlie Fleming while she was living abroad in Egypt. When she moved back to the states, she continued the furniture restoration and re-design business, and it quickly took off. Kymberlie found herself receiving offers on pieces before she could even move them from the shop to her living room. After completing her degree, she decided to start an official design group that embraced a multitude of design aesthetics and thrived off of a collaborative design model. Today Gameel Designs is proud to offer a diverse array of design specialties to meet all our clients needs.

Kymberlie holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She apprenticed in a Central Coast wood shop and
has extensive experience re-finishing, re-designing, and building furniture. When she's not in the shop, she's probably putting together color boards, perusing craigslist's "free" listings looking for unique items with potential, or hiking with her dog Rosie. She loves Bohemian Modern design, minimalism, mid-century modern furniture, hardwood, color, vintage furniture, and re-imagining interiors to be beautiful as well as livable.

Laura holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master's of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. When she's not engrossed in a project, she's either creating cosplay props, researching local history, or working on her comic book series. She loves storytelling, history, open spaces, and tiny homes - as well as Victorian farmhouses, industrial vibes, vintage details, and light paint colors accented by dark wood.
